Car parking near campervan east

We are staying in a pre-pitched caravan in campervan East and will be arriving early afternoon Thursday, we can't all fit in one car so will drive in convoy with the car with all the stuff parking next to the caravan and the other car parking with the occupants then walking to the Caravan.

My question is, arriving when we are, will the 2nd car have the choice to park close (or at least on the east side of the featival)? Or will all the car parks be full and we will just have to park where we are told? Obviously we want to avoid having to walk the length of the site if at all possible.

Basically your choice will be either the east or west carparks, so if you want the east head in from that side. Other than that you just go where directed. Arriving Thursday afternoon you can expect to find yourself in one of the outer car parks.

Edit: No matter what time you arrive your choice will always be just east or west - they don't allow people to choose which field they want to park up in.

Follow blue route and signs for camper vans etc and talk to the people on the car park gate where they direct cars- with any luck you'll be directed to one of the East car parks on gate c rather than gate b side. But no guarentees.

Thank you both for your help. Not expecting to get anywhere close as far as the car parks on that side but ideally don't want to get forced round to the west of the site.
