Access to disabled loos for those in need

have a crew member who for medical rather than disability reasons may need to use a loo ahead of the queue, she has a card saying please let me go first but I was wondering is anyone had experience of what else the festival can help with. I have emailed the central contact address but could not find an address for an accessability type team, any ideas? Ta

The email address for the disabled team is in this page from the GFL site, the cut off was 29 May but worth a try as they are very helpful! The disabled loos have padlocks with a code so should be useful to her as usually no queues.

A friend I know who has a colostomy went to the disabled site with a letter from GP to get access code for disabled loos.

Claire is the Access Coordinator at disabled@glastonburyfestivals.co.uk - she's always very helpful. As well as codes for the locks they provide a pass card to show to security to allow you to use the loos at viewing platforms and in none-public areas
