Where to aim for parking to walk to East campervan fields?

Hello all,

I am meeting friends and family in the East campervan field on the Tuesday evening. I'm going to drive and park up and then walk in to meet them.

Where is the best place to aim to park for the easiest way of getting into the east campervan fields?

Ties in with my post - it appears that general admission holders might not get access to the CV fields until Wednesday morning. Let me know if you find out otherwise as our 'roomies' are arriving in a car Tuesday night

the last 3 festivals we've had people park up in the east carparks around 8pm and bimble over to the east cv fields on tuesday evening without any problems.

they may be some security checks along the way so might be a good idea if they have tickets to hand.

i think the stewards try to avoid people starting to que up too early in cv east for G.A ticket holders so might hold people in the carparks if they have loads of kit with them.

are friends have never had any kit to carry as we take everything in the van with us.

If you enter the festival site and then leave (eg gate c) out up to the fields, make sure you keep the exit ticket as well as your festival ticket, as you'll need it to get back in.
