Navigating dance areas

Hey all, hoping for some help?! I've been to Glasto several times and enjoyed bumbling around, exploring all of the dance areas as well as the bands I know much more about. I enjoy a load of dance stuff, but I know few DJs - SO can anyone point me to an overview of type of dance by zone/night?

I've looked online, but cannot find anything at all - just lists of DJs or descriptions of the look and feel. I appreciate it will vary, but I imagine there's some kind of system!

Rather than being broken down by genres Silver Hayes appears to be quite a mixed bag across the stages. You'll just have to bimble from one stage to the other until you hear something that makes your hips move.
