thanks very much for your informations! customer services told me to buy another car pass, so they would refund it later on (if I can proof it). but that's a good idea, I'll write WV directly, maybe they can help too. didn't receive it today and we're flying to bristol tomorrow.... so yeah... :-)

You can buy a second car park pass on the WV gate, worst case.

It's a nice touch that they email out your tent position in worthy view before you arrive now. I can now picture setting up/and the walk down to the site etc.

WHAT?????? What is this you speak of? We're not the group leaders so we only got a forwarded e-mail this morning with the post code and map. Did they actually tell you where your tent was located???

 

Oh and BTW, we are STILL more excited than you magicg

Yes, our lead booker got info late last night saying where the tent was located. The list was in alphabetical order, she is a 'D'. We're in row B2 similar spot to last year, but bigger tent. Think they're only sending out this info for the scout tents though.

Oh my GOD I'm so exicted. We can't wait to meet some of you lovely people at the Village Green or for a beverage at our tent! (please note, beverage not included, strictly BYO)

Bumping his thread. But there was a massive queue to get into WV Thursday evening. Especially when the coaches pulled in.
