They are big marquees, you hand stuff over at a desk and provide some details, they give you a ticket, you give them a ticket, they give you your stuff.

They will take near enough anything, big (bikes, trollies, trailers etc) or small (cash, keys, bank cards), and are generally lovely people, well worth giving them a donation for the fantastic service they provide!

I will be storing some cash in the lockups. Is it best to chuck it in my bag along with other stuff (beer, warm clothes etc) or should I hand it over in an envelope for them to store separately ??

Many thanks

I would say, put cash in an envelope. It's sealed with your  signature under selotape.

It's possibly a very obvious thing to say but remember there is more than one lock up on site, so remember which one you have left your stuff at!

Possibly after a few lemonades one can forget where you have left your stuff.

Use the Glasto app to pin where the lockup was that you used. Sorted.

This is good, but you could also write the location on the ticket too. I've taken a photo with my phone in case I lose the ticket.  You can also book items in separately, it's a bit longwinded, but saves you having to book out everything in one go (like cash or booze), only to then return most of it back in.
