I personally felt the sky and England jobs were huge conflicts of interest anyway.  Im struggling to think about people British managers other than Toshack who have had much success in Spain, then again very few have had the opportunity.

This will be a disaster in my opinion. I hope it goes well though. He talks a better game than anyone else on Sky. I just hope they don't replace him on MNF with Henry.

Santi Cazorla out for 3 months. Wenger has obviously done something to upset the footballing Gods this time, Arsenal's injury problem is possibly the worst it's ever been this season. A shame, as they were the only side I could see challenging City for the title.

So, OK, I'm having my recent Klopp words for breakfast today.

That was some performance. Just about every goal was beautiful in one way or another. I particularly loved Can's outside-of-right-foot to Sturridge, and Origi's back-heel to Moreno for him to put it over for Ibe.

I've not see much of him, but he's looked like he's been giving a good contribution in the games i've seen him play before yesterday. Perhaps he just needed some goals to get him going...?

I feel a bit sorry for Moreno tho, cos that first for Origi was really his goal, and that shot was something else (tho outdone by some of the others last night, which only shows how great the goals were).

In the replays I've seen (on a dodgy stream, admittedly) I couldn't even see Origi getting a touch, so it must have been very minimal.

Seven shots, 6 goals. It looks like their problems of putting it in the net have gone.

I'm aware his goal record is far from stunning, which is why I made the point of him making a decent contribution in past matches. There's far worse players than him to be seen in the Prem.

That backheel to Moreno last night was sweet, his first (proper) goal was as good a strike as you see, and his anticipation with running in for the header was worthy of mention too (and a sweet cross from a rookie, too).
