Getting on site!

Afternoon all

 

This is my first time at Kendal in its current home (went the old site in 2008 I think), just wondered what its like getting in on the Thursday?

 

Big queues? Everyone stopped at the gate for a search or random? 

 

Thinking whether I need queue beers to pass the time!!

I arrived mid / late afternoon last year and drove straight in. Hoping for the same again this year.

We drove straight in too (ish) arrived around noonish and had about a 5 minute tops wait whilst we were given our wirstbands and the car briefly checked for glass. I'm expecting this year to be much busier though with James on. There was still a steady stream until 8ish last year but think more thursday tickets + more people waiting to arrive earlier to be set up will have a major effect!
