Taxi drop off point

Hi guys, we're coming to the festival for the first time after years of trying and well, we are total noobs really.

 

At the moment our main concern is how to get there, we are arriving at Bristol Airport 20:30 on a wednesday night and taking a taxi from there, will the taxi be able to drop us off near the Bus/Coach station near Gate A? I'm reading this things about a drop of point somewhere on the East side, but we are camping on the hospitality camping place, as the only tickets we could get hospitality ones, and it looks that the nearest gate is the Read Gate near pgA

If you are coming from Bristol, then you'll be dropped at the royal bath & west showground. From there you'll have to get the shuttle bus to the festival site which will drop you off at Gate A.

There is also a place in the west near Steanbow farm were they allow taxis drop and pick up. It's a layby about 10 min walk from Gate A. Simply ask your taxi to approach the site in the right direction Going through Wells from the airport should do it http://m.mendip.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=4080
