Ticket help!

Hi guys, I've been on hols for the time that my ticket was dispatched and then held at the post office to collect. I went to pick it up and it's passed the period they keep it for so been sent back to see-tickets. I'm a bit worried - anyone know how I can get my ticket, I've sent see-tickets emails but no reply!

I would be giving See a call sharpish. I would imagine they'll organise so you can collect it from the ticket office on gate A

Thanks! I have been - they have an annoying automated customer service call centre where you cant actually speak to anyone - they just tell you to email! nightmare! Yes fingers crossed! Thank you!

I've always managed to speak to someone on the phone. There are a few different numbes but try them on this one: 01158 960073. It's from the Glasto website so should be good
