isboo
Hi guys, Turned up last year (my first) at 9pm on the Thursday so missed all queues Thought we would make an effort to turn up for opening at 8am on Wednesday this year, naive to the fact that everyone else would be doing the same What sort of queue times would you expect for an arrival at worthy farm for 8am? Thanks for any help, see you all there
leeesa
Gates open at 8 am so that is when the que's will start to move. my friends were in the que at 5 am last year and they said it was massive then. I'm trying to establish when to arrive this year as will have a child. as the car park gates open at 9pm Tuesday the hardy will prob set up camp at the gate to be the first in so I guess ques will start forming from then. my motivation for arriving earlier this year than any other was to ideally get parked closed to the camp as no doubt many more trips back to the car this year than any other. the que's are a very sociable affair anyway. quiet guy
Expect to queue at the back end of all the others who turned up the night before.
al_coholic
If you arrive in the queue at 8am on the west side, going on last years evidence you can expect to be in a queue for 3 hours at least

BlackHole2006
In 2013 when I last went I got a lift from my dad and got on the coach from drop off point which is the same place the coaches stop off at I believe. The queue was absolutely mininimal at this time and I was in at around half 7 as they opened the gates early. I was set up by 8AM and was out wandering the site by half past. quiet guy
The See coaches, National Express and others who have made arrangements with GFL will pull in at the coach park at gate A, you then join a seperate queue system to enter the festival which is quicker than the general punter access queue. All other coaches have to go to the Drop off point at the Bath and West showground and then you get the shuttle across to gate A.

Myself and another are getting the 1.30am National Express coach from Manchester which is scheduled to arrive at 7am. Who will be inside the festival first? isboo
Am I right in thinking this Coach entrance is at the north of the site? Only thing I can see on the map Cheers,

It all depends on the size of the carriages on the second train.
