SSk hope the appointment goes well, whats up with your knee? MRI's are lovely. I find them very relaxing!

I like it! You get to lie down for ages, a nice nurse tells you you're doing well and you get to listen to music (I choose classical) on headphones. No one apart from the nice nurse bothers you! OK it is a bit noisy at times, but you know  

I've had a few recently on my liver, got another one in September ish I think.

i had an mri scan last month, my first and only.  i thought it'd be like an x-ray or a ct scan.

i had to lie face down for 45 minutes.  it was hot, noisey and chlostrophobic!  i was all light headed when i got out and had to go to the shop to buy chocloate bars and chocolate milk to feel better!

As expected I have a referral for an MRI.  All I can remember from the last one I had was how much it set my tinnitus off.  Still no official verdict on the problem, and still unable to return to work.  Ho hum!

Afternoon all, sorry to hear of all the MRI scans coming along, never had one myself, yet... hope it all goes well!

 

Jeffie made it in to the all day meeting we've got going here, although we've broken for lunch now, that's my excuse, anyway.

 

We're reminiscing about all the old council canteens, now gone, bit like half the staff really.

Good thanks! It's sunny at the mo and I sit under a window, so all good Might be going to a day festival type thing on Saturday too, which should be fun. It's local bands/music groups, of all types of music, so all good really!

 

Could do with about another weeks worth of catching up on sleep though, i'm still not back to my "normal" sleep pattern!

Nice! Got a festival-y thing on Saturday too. A guy I know it playing with his band and there's tonnes on too and it's my birthday on Monday so getting all my gang to head our for early celebrations! Should be fun!

Any jobs going Matty? Returned to work after gf to an absolute shitstorm, immediate boss leaving, someone else who is, shall we say, "not that popular amongst the staff" being promoted over lots of others more deserving (including me!) so am on the lookout for a new job. Interview on Monday for a job that would be amazing so fingers crossed for that but if it all falls through can I have a job with you? Am a useless photographer and not many wild boar around Liverpool city centre but I am good at pub lunches :-)
