Hi everyone... Oh my word, new thread and up to page 56! Seems I have some catching up to do!

 

First of all, sorry for my absence, tinternet was pants in Spain. Hope the comedown hasn't been too awful for you all.

 

It was absolutely fabulous to meet you all and Thanx Matty for accidently texting me on Wednesday, I had a great day  :beach:

 

Yeti thanx so much for looking after me... But next time I ask, just say no haha!

 

Huge congratulations to both Thurlow on your new job, and Kelly on your Uni placement. Well done!

Finally caught up... You lot are madder than I remember!!! Pleased you're feeling better HMV and Kelly. I lost my voice for weeks in 2010. Surprisingly I haven't yet had the lurgy. Hopefully it will stay at bay until after Kendal Calling. Been listening to 'the postcard band' recommended by Thurlow... Cheers Pal, see you there.

So...ive developed hayfever, ive never had it before but have a full blown case of it right now. Didnt know you could just get it at any time?!

Anyway morning everyone, i only have 1000 words left to write for my assignment so want it done in time to enjoy the weekend as its a bisy one. Doing the pretty muddy 5k in the morning, then my sons 8th birthday afterwards. Then sundayis for the medieval festival and copious amounts of mead and ale.

Right you lovely people.

 

I have just won a competition - I never win anything!!!!

 

 

 

Next week it is Larmer Tree Festival from Weds to Sun (15th to 19th) and I have 4 tickets available.

 

I have asked some people who if they say yes will come first but it is likely I will have at least 2 of these tickets available for use.

 

They include car park permit and camping (bring your own tent etc) and you can change to a live in vehicle if you want (free I think). You do not have to arrive on the Weds if you cannot get time off work but we would need to know.

 

 

So - who might be interested in tickets - free to a good NFR NFC home!!!

How's the Gillespie comedown, SSK? I remember I had some rather lovely painkillers after an op a couple of years ago. Had  a very spangly afternoon on them one day! Marvellous :) 

 

Matt hope you find a home for the tickets, I'd bloody love to go but unfortunately prior commitments etc. So lovely of you to ask though! :)

 

Well I am planning a quiet evening but may have to sneak in a pina colada or 2 later....
