Cheers Tommo for the offer but I think it would probably cost more than the rum in postage to send it. I could always take a drive ooop north which I may do and incorporate it into a visit to me granny.

I spent my morning doing a pet first aid course and they gave me a lovely certificate for it.

 

Fingers crossed for CG to get the weekend off.

Good afternoon, just dipping a very cautious oar in again...

Reading the rum discussion took me back to Glasto pining mode, with thoughts of the rum, ginger and cloudy Apple cocktail on offer at the Rabbit Hole bar. I went long on rum, mInimised the apple and got them to forget the lemonade they wanted to splash in to make it long, and the resulting tipple or two went very nicely with Mini Mansions up there on the Sunday evening!

That hat had been sat on earlier in the morning, hence the shape. It was a bit more bust than it looks there (I wasn't buying another though)

I loved it matt. I had a great view, great atmosphere and the band were on top form.

I take it you enjoyed it too? I can't see how anyone there could not!

You had a better view than me! I was a bit closer than you, but to your left. We were level with the speaker stack, left as you look.

Fantastic gig. Thunderstruck, Whole lotta Rosie, Highway and the monster solo were my highlights
