Double groan, that makes You a bit younger than me. My totp memories involve Marc Bolan, Ian Hunter and Jeff Lynne. Skin crawling nightmares centre around Leo Sayer.

 

 

52 here. Mine probably start slightly later. But I had Kelly bloody Marie....

 

I am 50 but my TOTP memories start in around 1972......... as my dad was a big misc fan so it was always watched and I became hooked at a young age.....

 

 

Though my musical awakening did not happen until December 1976 with the wonderful Sex Pistols.

Hello! Well I was quite tipsy yesterday at the fair we went to, we saw a few bands and had a bit of a dance. It was very good fun! I'm off for a birthday lunch soon, better get dressed....

Oh and Dee, good luck with the dress, if I was nearer I'd come and help!

Turkish delight brownie? Wow! Sounds delicious.

Stall in our local market makes them. had the cookies and cream one yesterday, TD now, and saving the peanut butter one for later ! :biggrin:

I can confirm the first two were / are bleeding lovely!

Thanks Lucy. I used to make dresses for people who would bring me a photo and say - make me that one but with a different skirt/collar etc. But that was many moons ago - I may have forgotten how!

This has a boned bodice! eek

All good here Thurlow. Lazy breakfast, parents have gone home and sitting down with a tea and a Turkish delight brownie before heading out for pub lunch!

I made chocolate and coconut brownies for the NFR meet.......I didn't take any home with me

I must say I often don't post as don't want to be involved in arguments so often just read threads but this is a nice friendly thread. Now I am off to buy a new more comfortable bike saddle so I can ride my bike without fear of injury :prankster:

Hi all, but late joining in today, but went out for a birthdays lunch at 11.30 yesterday and arrived back home at midnight and then made cheese on toast for 5 people before the toddled off home lol.

Now just bought a large piece of pork and wondering how to made crackling. Any ideas never done if !
