With the Red Hot Chilis being announced for Tennents Vital I reckon they will do GSS and not T.

What is GSS and what makes you think TV would make them more likely there? I hope you're right.

Glasgow Summer Sessions is held roughly around the same time as Tennents Vital and they tend to share acts. GSS is basically a big outdoor gig in Bellahouston park.

He does a lot more on the decks than some of them do and does at least attempt to get the going etc. As much as I would like to see Axwell ^ Ingrosso.....at least Garrix actually keeps his headphones on and doesn't just basically say we're now pressing play lol. I guess with some of the EDM acts though I want to hear the music and if you accept that it's not live as you would want it but still enjoy then so be it....I will say though the only downfall I felt at Cream was sometimes I just wanted to hear maybe a 30/45 min set and unlike bands they generally play 1.5hr minimum.

Yeah I've always had a bit more respect for Garrix than the majority of EDM DJs.. wouldn't be a bad booking just wouldn't be someone I'd go see. Could potentially get him on the friday and Axwell /\ Ingrosso on the sunday, wouldn't surprise me if T went for an EDM headliner every day.

Yeah, as much as I don't see T going as poppy as V is, they know the Scots love the dance acts. I saw Garrix on tv at Radio 1 Big Weekend Scotland when Tiesto closed it (he was shite and just couldn't be bothered to be there), Annie Mac before Garrix was alright but he stole it. Tempted to go EDC to be fair for him and A^I.

Ah cheers. I had just accepted it would be RHCP now so interesting if its not. Would have to think it would be Biffy (if not on the Saturday) or Muse really though?

Tiesto is the biggest waste of money ever. I might end up at EDC if T's lineup is shite, but I'd be going for the Drum & Bass + Prydz.

I don't see how RHCP are now more likely for Summer Sessions, it's not like they aren't around in July either. If they're not announced on Thursday then yeah, they're probably doing Summer Sessions but I still think they'll headline T.

He used to be very good. I want to know was Creamfields put out tomorrow but if that's good my issue then is Reading might have something worthy enough and Victorious already looks good. If Cream puts on a really good day then a day ticket to Cream and a Leeds ticket could happen too.

I don't think I've known a time when R&L put out a UK Fest exclusive and then change it later? That's not me saying it won't be Chilis btw.

They didn't say RHCP were a UK festival exclusive though. They said they were a 'festival exclusive' then underneath that wrote 'and now for the UK festival exclusives' and went on to list other stuff. Seemed a weird way to write it, so they're obviously somewhere else and they were just trying to be smart about it.

So where did Efestivals get it from as their original write up said UK Festival Exclusive, which obviously was later changed. Although eFestivals tried to tell me it was bull, I posted a link straight to the article which has it there is black and white.

I didn't read that article but the e-mail from Reading listed it as I wrote in my previous post, so that is obviously the right information. Seems like they are just playing about with exclusivity as usual, when they aren't exclusive at all.

I would say 8/10. I'm desperate for them but there's a few good reasons they could be there. Flying back from abroad to play in Manchester on the Saturday (Sunday would be the day), they need to book some acts to appeal to the Roses crowd since they've basically used Roses to try and whore some ticket sales, they're not booked or likely to be booked for any other UK festivals other than Glastonbury now, so T would make sense. They went down a storm in 2012 as well. Seems a no brainer.
