Thunderbird was our teenage tipple of choice. Don't know if it still exists?

Now you're talking!

Thunderbird Blue and Merrydown cider led to many a hazily remembered evening in my teens!

You can still get it from drinksupermarket.com, not sure about shops.

You can still get Thunderbird in most off licences and corner shops in the West of Scotland, it caters for the person wishing a night off the Buckfast as they need to get up in the morning to sign on, or in the local vernacular "geeze a botil o Thunderbird as aye neid to sty aff the buckie as ave gotta sign own in the mournin"

I drank K for the first time about 3 weeks ago. Ended up falling out of a tree and breaking my spine in 5 places.

Ouch. Be a while before you have that again then?

While we are on/off the subject. Anyone know if Red Stripe Crucial Brew still exists?

Pre-gig drink of choice in ye olden days if we fancied a change from the Thunderbird.

dont know if it has been mentioned, but Phil Collins would be an ultimate act to fill the legend slot.

rumours of him recording a new album and a world tour at the end of 2016.

seen rumours that 8 songs have been put to tape and he has security at the studio so no one hears a whisper of whats going on

I'd probably turn up.

Then get bored and wander off.

at Boomtown last weekend, I was at the hidden woods stage between bands, and suddenly instead of some of the more normal fill-in tracks from the DJ over the PA there was 'In The Air Tonight".

The missus said "everyone will do the drum roll"

And sure enough, not only did the people at the stage do it, we saw people 200 yards away well out of sight of the stage all do it unison. It was very funny.
