There's no article about it, but people on the Graspop forums have heard it from the Dessel city council. On those forums they're actually thinking it's Metallica, but I cannot really see Metallica popping up end of June.

Michael Cocozza Not just speculation and rumors. Philly (Wells Fargo) is definitely holding those dates for PJ. Bands sometimes cancel after holding the dates, but I know from a person high up at Wells Fargo Center that PJ has those dates.

It also says Lisbon, but it has been obvious since last friday when those dates were leaked it will be at NOS Alive. must be Werchter in Belgium.

I'd be happy with PJ but think it might be a bit too soon for them. Be interesting to see if we get surprised but with all these leaks I can't see it. The only thing that makes me skeptical is Reading announcing a headliner at 8am Friday which is 9am Belgium time but it will probably be Pearl Jam as expected

Holding those dates for PJ might be true aka their touring schedule in europe is from the 8th of june to july 7th.

I'm still not believing these exact dates, though. 3 concerts in petite Holland incl. PinkPop and 3 concerts in Italy and none in Germany? Seems unusual.

Yeah that's the one but it doesn't contain any useful code or url. Thanx for checking! 

If I remember correctly from last year,  it doesn't give  you anything apart from buying the tickets earlier so its ok.

Out of interest is there any major reason to buy tickets in resale? If I remember correctly the festival usually takes a few months to sell out, could tickets go faster this year or are you all just excited and getting pre-sale tickets so you have them? I was hoping to hold off buying until January again.

I take it you meant presale ?

If I'm going to something, despite being old enough to know better, I like getting things organised and just like the idea of having everything sorted.  Plus I get excited buying gig tickets :-)

Ended up watching I Am Legion set at Reading and was thinking of a Noisia set to headline Klub C one night?

The Reading/Leeds headliner that's just been announced is RHCP.

According to some rumours the PJ tour announcement is rescheduled for Monday. So if we're getting a sub/dance act this afternoon, it's nothing to worry about yet.

Also I think we can discard Bring Me The Horizon, considering they're already playing 3 Scandinavian shows during the Werchter dates.

Some people on other forums claim that we're getting 5 names this afternoon, none of which are headliners.

Important detail: their sources also claim that Pearl Jam is indeed cancelling because of the terrorist threat. So if we get 5 names, we can probably write off PJ, if we don't get 5 names we know they're pulling it out of their asses.

I wouldn't rule out BMTH just yet. Looking at the tour dates they have Roskilde which is from the 25-2nd Bravalla and Provinssi which both go from Thursday until Saturday. Could always play a Sunday slot.

 

Muse did all of them last year.

But last year RW was in a different weekend than the others. And Roskilde goes from Thursday to Sunday, the other days are just local acts and other art stuff. And BMTH are also around during Pukkelpop, which they played several times before and where they could go high up on main stage.

I really hope you're incorrect with the BMTH theory. Hopefully they play the Sunday!

We'll see later this afternoon in that case. I think if the cancellation is true RW will need to try hard to find another big headliner or that Thursday wouldn't sell out and I don't think there are any other options that will be around in Europe so hopefully it'll be PJ.

Pearl Jam cancelling ?? Lol. If they do it I stop my Ten Club Membership. By the way nobody says it on the official ten club page. I think it's bullshit. Pearl Jam are activists. To cancel the tour wouldn't be their decision.
