Springsteen is the last headliner. Years &Years aren't big enough to headline Klub C.

Source for Springsteen?

And Years & Years are huge around here, unfortunately. Playing an arena show next month, something Caribou or Magnus (closed KluB C last year) wouldn't quite be able to pull off.

After reading Sonisphere's thread it is really hard to believe in anything Black Crow is saying :-)

So what are you basing your bruce certainty on ??. He announced dates last week and RW will need to shift tickets, so why not announce it then.

Tbf Bruce hasn't really announced anything yet. He's only confirmed gigs that were leaked by over eager promoters. Still lots / the bulk of dates to come yet

RAR is pissing on Werchter this year imo. RAR has got two bands I can see that makes Wercter better which is Band of Horses and ATDI and both aren't available as touring overseas.

It depends, I guess. There would be quite a few bands less I'd love to see at RaR (Peppers, Biffy, Foals, Breaking Benjamin, Major Lazer, Panic At The Disco, Billy Talent, Volbeat) than at Werchter (Peppers, Rammstein, Editors, Florence, Disclosure, Beirut, Courtney Barnett, Jamie XX, New Order, Mø, Richard Hawley, PJ Harvey, Tame Impala, TLSP, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Years & Years).

For me, RAR: Sabbath, Disturbed, Billy T, Chili Peppers, Biffy Clyro, Volbeat, Shinedown, We Came As Romans, Breaking Benjamin and maybe Tenacious D, although I think once you've seen them you've seen them and Reading 08 got their best show.

Werchter: Years & Years, ATDI, The Offspring, Chili Pepper, Band of Horses and FATM. I have tickets for the ATDI London show so that's not that major a miss.

I think RAR has had bettee don't get me wrong, but feel Werchter is a bit flat this year.

I've updated the list of acts that seem fit but are ruled out because they're playing a different Belgian festival or an indoor show close to RW:

Neil Young, Queen + AL, Stevie Wonder, Rihanna, The Weeknd, Explosions in the Sky, Ty Segall, ZZ Top, Sum41, Frank Turner, Bad Religion, Dropkick Murphys, Pennywise, Volbeat, Future, Action Bronson, Cat Power, Ibeyi, Jose Gonzalez, Kurt Vile, Goat, Kamasi Washington, Son Lux, David Gilmour, Air, Damien Rice, Wilco, Charles Bradley, Pixies, The Prodigy, Wiz Khalifa, Mac Demarco, Birdy Nam Nam, Sigur Ros, Boys Noize, Underworld, The Subways.

And Muse is playing France on Thursday, so they won't be our (repeat) headliner.

What rules Frank Turner out? I'll be seeing him at Groez anyway and on his inevitable tour but would I never turn down a chance to watch that man.

Bruce Springsteen announced a Dutch show, but not Pinkpop like the leaked touring list said. It's still important though: usually these kind of acts announce their Belgian and Dutch shows at the same time, to avoid people buying tickets in a different country when he's also playing locally. Dutch presale is starting Friday at noon, so I assume we should get a Belgian Springsteen date by then.

Isn't Belgium Still waiting for Coldplay show too while they already have two arena shows at Amsterdam ?

I just don't see Bruce playing RW.
