Can't find my eticket

Help.

 

I received the updated email sent to ticket holders and it reminded me to check for the original eticket email. After 3 hours of frantic searching I can only find my Paypall receipt for the balance but not the actual ticket. I've tried logging onto Introbench but I can't access it after typing in my correct password.

 

 

I've emailed the Eotr ticket office but I suspect they are busy this morning.

 

Can anyone offer any suggestions for getting my eticket resent?

That's reassuring. I assume I wouldn't have had a "Dear Ticket Holder" email if I'm not "on the list". I'll try Twitter a bit later if Rosanna in the ticket office don't respond to my email.

For the record, mine were delivered from tickets@endoftheroadfestival.com and had a subject of "Your End of The Road 2015 E-Ticket(s)". Check your spam folders, etc.
