Had to post this pic of a blown up boiler, maybe there are 124 pipes hanging out of its nose!

"This type of boiler is a horizontal fire tube. The hot gases run through pipes that are surrounded by water. The sheets at the end of the boiler are held in place by long bolts that run through the whole boiler from one end to the other. The tubes are roll fitted into the sheets to make them water tight.These are the most dangerous boilers, as there is a huge mass of pressurized super heated water in them and when they go, they go with gusto "

I've still got an old twin lens reflex up in the attic. Can't remember if it's a Rolleiflex or Mamiya...haven't seen it for about 15 years! I'll have to take a look next time I venture up there
