Probably 9.15 then. It's important to know as it'll have a strong bearing in how much time I spend in the Witherspoon across the road.

Still looking for a Sheffield ticket after not bothering when they went on sale. I've seen tickets for all gigs but Sheffield on Twickets I'm sure. There are two people selling on Scarletmist but neither of them are attending the gig and it's ID entry so looks like it's a no go at the moment.

Seen these tonight in Hackney, a really good performance. New album comes across well live, will fit perfectly on the pyramid late evening. A must see for me.

Thought they were excellent last night, but it did make me wonder whether they would transfer well to the Pyramid. Some acts get swallowed whole on that stage and I'm worried it might happen to them, especially if large swathes of the crowd were unfamiliar with the material.

That was what I was thinking. Worked a treat last night in a great venue but not sure it will work on the Pyramid. Would be fantastic in the JP tent!

If they play the Pyramid they'll need more than the string quartet. Even in a relatively small venue like Usher Hall the quartet got lost in the sound, Pyramid would swallow them completely

Could still be John Peel headliners, to be fair. If we're correct in thinking Saturday then it'l be between that evening Pyramid slot and John Peel headliner as Other seems booked up near the top.

Well I'll be happy if they end up headlining JP, although I reckon they'd pack it out and will be on the Pyramid.

Pyramid and Other stages aren't taking my fancy on Saturday night, so these on JP or Sigur Rós/James Blake on WH are my hopes. Sigur Rós being the primary one.

Yak support such weird bands, I love both of these bands but I'd never think to listen to one after the other.

Hopefully Alex and Miles can convince Yak to be at the festival this year, the front man Ollie seemed unsure when I spoke to him after the Manchester gig in February.

Got 3 tickets to sell for the Shadow Puppets gig in Newcastle on the 30th May; Row K, 28/29/30.

Bought them at 9am but just managed to get Row D tickets so selling these ones on; face value obviously.

Not really listened to them before but thanks to Spotify I'm now a fan, clashes allowing I'll def go see them at Glastonbury. Not world changing stuff but definitely ear pleasing.

Failed to get a Sheffield ticket and now they announce a Newcastle gig the day before my exams. Fuckers. 

I'll probably see them at Glasto but I wanted to catch them at their own show to lessen the inevitable clusterfuck of clashes.

New album is pretty decent for me! Also both Alex and Miles have pretty good stage presence, can see them going down well!

Just listening to their album now, and I'm confused - I'm actually enjoying it! I really thought I'd hate it (I'm not a fan of AM) and I've consequently avoided listening to anything of theirs, but this is a pleasant surprise. Might actually check them out at Glastonbury, clashes permitting.
