There's a quote from Simon on the front of next week's kerrang saying the album is a heavy prog rock riffathon so I don't think there's any need for worry about it sounding like the weeknd.

They got the headliners spot on that year, and looking back the subs were good choices too. Florence and The Black Keys were on upward trajectories at the time and Paramore were an already established sub sized band.
