Contactless Payment

Hi, 

I am an undergraduate BA Hons Event Management student, I work at most of the festivals every year with the Catering team and have decided to do my dissertation project on the use of Contactless payment at festivals - from working with it last summer I wanted to develop an understanding of how it effects attendee satisfaction. I am attempting to collect my own secondary data around customer perceptions of contactless payment and would be very grateful if people would take 5 minutes to answer my survey the link is below:

as I don't have a contactless card, and won't be going to a festival that has contactless payment anytime soon I can't participate in your questionnaire as i can't answer 8 of your questions

I think you need to clarify that people can only complete this survey if they have actually used contactless at a festival. As i have not, I am unable to answer many of the questions.

Where do all the graduates in Event Management end up?

Merchant bankers? Trustafarians? How many end up managing festivals?

I've often wondered the same. There are more festival jobs than ever nowadays I'd guess, but they still must be very heavily outnumbered by the grads.,
