Ooh yes, delicious food from Ghandis flip flop at Kendal Calling last year. It's 21 years since I've been to Glastonbury so I'm guessing the food choices there will have changed a bit. Massive plate fulls and delicious. When I see it I know it but forget all the time. That sounds great! Hopefully I'll be able to find it. So, for someone who hasn't been to Glastonbury for 21 years, any other food places I have to try? I'm veggie, by the way.
Spindles
It's not a food, but a cup of instant coffee from the 50p tea tent is about the most enjoyable thing at the festival. It tastes just like a cuppa back home in my kitchen and it gets consumed in a friendly, relaxed environment several times a day. Sometimes it's a nice place to nap if you've drunk a little too heavily early in the day, then wake up for a cuppa and a ciggie before heading back off into the wilds. My head is saying it is called Leons - but I could be very wrong :-) For veggies there is so much fantastic choice. You will be very pleased. BrighterNow
Thanks for the food (and coffee!) tips. A friend of a friend is hoping to have her coffee stall there this year (still waiting to hear, I think) so I guess if she's there we'll have to buy most of her coffee from her. Can't wait to try all the veggie food - it's made me look forward to Glastonbury even more! (If that's possible).

Definitely recommend Goodness Gracious veggie vans, think they usually have 4 on the site including Other and Pyramid. Lovely falafels with yummy salad. But really you'll be spoiled for choice. At Latitude there was the Hippie Chippy, best chips I've ever tasted. Will be hoping for them at Glastonbury!

A Guy Called Matt
My wife is a teacher and part of a school project was to release a weather balloon (one of those that goes very high up). We are in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. The official description of where it landed was "A field just outside Glastonbury".
BrighterNow
That's so strange! Of all the places it could've landed... I'm sure it's a sign - of what, I don't know, but I'm sure it is.
