Box Office Collection

Is there an option for tickets to be picked up from a box office at gate A? And if so, would this affect me getting the bus to the festival? Or the train to Castle Cray and then the bus?

It's not something offered under normal circumstances. Usually the only time box office collections happen is when there's been some kind of mess up with delivery, or some other reason why postage was impossible (such as 2008 when tickets were still being sold after gates opened).

The official guidance says that you need to show a Festival ticket to get on any coach service to the Festival, including the shuttles from Castle Cary - but I don't think I've ever seen this enforced, and to do so would be a major admin headache. If I was in that situation I'd probably print out my order confirmation just to be safe but doubt it'd be needed in the end.

Yea I didnt think it was available, until I got the reminder email from Glastonbury about paying the balance

"The balance due is £178 (plus a £5 booking fee) per person; plus a £7.75 transaction fee (postage and packing or box office collection) per order. "

I'm in Australia and coming back to UK for trip home etc along with Glastonbury, we leave oz about a week before Glastonbury starts, so I'm sure the tickets would have arrived before we leave, but sometimes the post in Perth is terrible, and stuff doesnt arrive for weeks after you'd expect it to.....
