Do I need credit card for balance payments and resales?

Hi, I am international and wanted to ask - when we paid deposit, we had to use credit card and not debit card. Is it the same for balance payments and resales? I do not have credit card anymore so I am starting to panic a little.

  Would love a coupler of smaller outdoor events. Pierce Hall, Scarborough, and smaller ilk. But probably right, one or two larger scale shows in 2/3 countries is the most likely.

  That's my feelings as well. I think City would have to sign noone in the transfer window and/or have a points deduction not to get top 4.
