Festival footwear

Hello everyone

What type of footwear should I buy for a festival. I really do not want to go down the wellie route. I would really like to get something waterproof yet comfortable if it gets hot. Any ideas?

Jelly shoes, Crocs, Espadrilles, A wooden plank

I've always taken a pair of leather work boots for wet weather and light shoes (cons) for the rest of the time, going for a pair of decent walking boots this year.  Whatever you wear make sure you break them in well before the festival, saves blisters and discomfort while you're there.

Well everyone would have damaged feet, which can't be healthy.

 

Get some waterproof walking boots, never look on the dark age of the welly ever again

I'm looking into getting some walking boots. Wellies are a nightmare. Obviously in the weather is good i just stick to a good pair of worn in trainers and when it's been really good i've been known to break the winkle pickers out
