Winslow Leach
For some reason I can't edit my comments at the moment, so here's my updated list, having slept on it and decided to remove the EPs (which I'll save for the inevitable EP lists) and make one substitution: Burial- Untrue Godspeed You! Black Emperor- Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven Nick Drake- Pink Moon Aphex Twin- Selected Ambient Works 85-92 Ruff Sqwad- White Label Classics Los Campesinos!- We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed Madvillain- Madvillainy DJ Kicks: Kemistry & Storm Richard & Linda Thompson- I Want to See the Bright Lights Tonight Neutral Milk Hotel- In the Aeroplane Over the Sea And before Lawn comes at me, We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed is sometimes referred to by the band as a mini album. ALBUM. Besides, it's longer than Pink Moon, which is definitely an album. And even though I've gone for Untrue over Rival Dealer, as Rival Dealer is an EP and therefore doesn't qualify, Rival Dealer remains probably my favourite EP and/or album ever. Also will chuck Can - Ege Bamyasi on the "just missed out" pile. Man this is a good thread. A hard thread.

It was released only a few months after their amazing debut, which always boggles my mind, pretty insane creative streak. A lot of the HONY tunes had been around for a while, but WABWAD was put together really quickly, and still turned out excellent. Love it again now though. Good to see another vote for Dusty
