Cool box

Can any of you lovely campers recommend a cool box on wheels that will keep cans cold for the duration of the festival? That doesn't cost the earth?!!

This is a good bit of kit and should keep cans cool for the duration of the festival. Very reasonably priced as well at the moment.

Freeze bottles of water before you go. They'll defrost over the weekend for drinking but also keep your beer cold!

We use a 100QT and a 50QT for our group of 8 people. Sees us through the weekend easily. And we like a drink.

We put cans etc.. along the bottom , being careful to only fill it up to halfway .

Then we layer bags of ice from supermarket about 2 deep.

Then we put frozen litre bottles of water on top of that.

The trick is that cold air flows downwards so the bottles keep the ice cold , the ice can be used with wine/spirits etc...

We threw out a load of ice on the monday morning. works a treat.
