I cannot believe it ... WE HAVE WON THE LEAGUE. This is the happiest I've felt as a Pompey fan in many, many years. 6-1 too. Delighted doesn't even begin to describe it.

As a Doncaster fan it's absolutely embarrassing that we haven't won it. 1 point from our final 15 since securing promotion, when 4 points in that time would have won us the league. We've been awful.

Yesterday we were looking in control at 1-0 up, Fergie brings off the best player on the pitch for a guy who's played like 5 games in the last 18 months (and was embarrassingly bad even when he did used to play) and we concede twice straight away. Same thing has happened so often this season.

Yeah I still can't believe Doncaster didn't win it. I had given up on the title a long time ago. So many times over the last few seasons we've thrown away easy points so it's a massive bonus to win the title, but clearly the best three teams got automatic promotion.

Were you there? Was very fun. I've never experienced something like that.

Sadly not. Can't really afford to travel back north atm. Last of our games I went to was the FA Cup debacle at Oxford.

Looking at the league Arsenal have given themselves a chance of the Wenger cup again. Probably need 4 wins, but not impossible with those fixtures.

It's all very tight up there, and three of the four teams chasing those last two Chumps spots have on-paper winnable games.

I reckon only one of those teams will collect max points from their remaining games. Take your pick for which one.

Man Utd seem to have all their eggs in the Europa League basket to get back in the Chumps. I think Spurs will easily beat them at white hart lane.

Liverpool seem to have an issue with beating lower half opposition, and i think they will get another draw or two.

City i think will win the rest of their fixtures, with 4th between liverpool and Arsenal (With liverpool doing it IMO)

yep, I have trouble seeing them winning both, but I'm thinking that 4 points from those two games will probably keep them in the top 4, as their goal difference is better than Arsenal's & Utd's; they might even get away with just three points. When Liverpool had 4 games left I was thinking that 8 points from those would probably see them safe, and nine to be sure.

The averages should see Liverpool OK ... but the normal storming Arsenal finish is a worry.

Arsenal have will have to win all their remaining 4 games. Liverpool will need to draw one of their two. Its not unthinkable. Goal difference wouldn't come in to it this scenario - and its unlikely that any scenario with it being a direct Liverpool/Arsenal battle for top 4 will come down to goal difference (it would require defeats and draws), although if Arsenal win all their games and Liverpool draw one, the goal differences will look fairly similar anyway.

Us Arsenal fans can work out these things when it comes to what we need for top 4 :P

Personally I still see Liverpool doing it at this point. Although West Ham away next week is the fixture they could slip up at. West Ham finally have 'a game' to look fondly at their stadium with.
