He has been made a scapegoat for all Englands woes, yet Alli and Kane were abysmal and got a free pass. He was shit though. But the press always pick one. kaosmark2
I think with Sterling it was highlighted somewhat by Lallana being more impressive than expected on the other side, and the lack of wide players in the squad.
pink_triangle
Sterling has acted a bit of a duck at times during his career, Kane and Ali have probably passed less people off. Also the media is dominated by Liverpool and man utd which doesn't help his cause!

The Nal
Building a Mourinho team immediately. Big bruiser of a centre back, classy midfielder and a big bully of a striker with tekkers. Textbook stuff. Looks calm and relaxed and happy to be there. Edited July 5, 2016 by The Nal

Charity Shield vs Leicester. Then first 10 Prems - Bournmouth (A), Saints (H), Hull (A), City (H), Watford (A) , Leicester (H), Stoke (H), Liverpool (A), Chelsea (A), Burnley (H). TheGayTent
Should be comfortably ensconced into the champions league places after the first quarter of the season then.

You'd imagine so but with a new spine of the team - Bailly, Mkhitaryan, Zlatan (and maybe Pogba, although I doubt it) it may take a bit to bed in. There can't be many teams with as gentle a start as that. If you're not top after 5 games you're prolly not winning the league next season. Gucci Piggy
Seems pretty clear the 4th player is Pogba. Fee seems ridiculous but in reality he'll be sold to Madrid for at least the same amount in a few years so it doesn't really matter (if the move to United comes off). eFestivals
Jordon Ibe is off to B'mouth for £15M. Probably a good deal for both as he wasn't getting game time and a few squad places need freeing up. Which brings us to Benteke, who isn't going to be bad business for Liverpool by the look of things, as it looks like a moneyback deal, perhaps even more with WH sniffing around too. Depends which way you look at it - £35m is worth a lot less now than it was when Benteke was bought.
TheGayTent
Janssen from AZ to Tottenham will be the signing of the summer. He's the new Suarez. How do I know? Because I think he's the new Kezman...
