Every year there are 10-12 teams who are capable of getting relegated.

Hull looked doomed already.

Sunderland and Swansea both looking likely, although Sunderland have finally started to show a little fight.

Then you have Burnley, Middlesborough, Palace, West Ham, Leicester, Bournemouth, Watford and West Brom (my team - up yours @mjsell!) who are all either on bad runs at the moment or capable of going on a run that would see them sucked in to the fight.

As it stands my bet would be Hull, Swansea and Palace.

I've got Hull and Swansea going down. And one of Sunderland, Palace, Boro or Burnley battling it out for the last spot. I hope West Brom go down though - even though I really feel for their supporters, the lack of entertainment must drive them to insanity.

He knows where the net is for sure but still unclear what level he can play at I think.

Strachan doesn't think he can play as a lone striker so his days as Scotland's latest saviour were over before they began. He's a goal scorer. I'd like to see someone giving him a run of games.

Not sure but it does seem a while since he was scoring regularly. 

Had a couple of fairly big money moves. I've seen him a couple of times I think but he didn't score :-(

Don't think Rhodes is quite up to Premier League standard. He scored goals for fun in the Championship and surely bigger teams would have been looking at him before deciding not to bid.

According to Google, Negredo has not scored in 10 but rhodes still can't get a start.

Rumours he's off to villa in January. He's certainly never proved himself at the higher level but his argument would be he hasn't had the opportunites.

I thought he showed enough to still be in the Scotland squad but we're hardly blessed with top goal scorers/players.

Yeah he's pretty much a 1 in 2 striker - and yes I realise that record is not at the top level of football, but goalscoring is a funny thing, like Defoe sometimes a part of it is complete natural ability. I'd give him a go, Negredo isnt scoring and the few games I've seen of them doesn't actually hold the ball up that well either.

Was listening to a radio discussion yesterday regarding Daniel Sturridge, if he was to leave Liverpool where could he go, and who would want him?

Seems as if the general consensus was West Ham. Other than them, there's not many other Premier league options that want him and could afford him. But would he want to go to a club that doesnt have any form of Europe either now or on the horizon?

I think he just wants to play - not something he's had much opportunity of during his whole career, both because of injuries and also because he's not been considered a starter at the clubs he's been at.

I can't say I really blame him wanting out of Liverpool, and I can't really say I blame Liverpool for wanting a few quid rather than losing him for nothing (his contract is up in the summer) - but i can't see Liverpool being keen for him to go to a club around the top, either.

Yeah, He signed a five year contract in 2014 after they had that great season, I think. 

I've seen rumours of AC Milan being interested and the money they offered being 25 million. Probably nothing to it but I think that would be a good enough move for him.

I'd take Sturridge at Newcastle and we could afford his salary. Gayle and Mitro are in blinding form atm but we could definitely do with another option next year assuming we get back up.
