Radiohead Headlining 2017

The Nal

Put together a 20-song set they might play if they had to have a shorter time. Some slightly weird placements that I think would definitely work to keep the crowd interested.

Burn the Witch
Ful Stop
Everything in its right place
Idioteque
Lotus Flower
Nude
Weird Fishes
Reckoner
2+2=5
The Numbers
The Gloaming
There There
Paranoid Android
Identikit
Daydreaming
Bodysnatchers

Bloom
Present Tense
Karma Police

Street Spirit

No Myxomatosis?

No Fake Plastic Trees?

Those are my 2 "must be played" tracks.

Sorry!

The Gloaming would be a massive waste of setlist spot.

I'm absolutely praying for Talk Show Host.

It's quite amusing given how much I have completely ragged on it in the past, but I've actually come around to the Gloaming. I had a potential RH setlist on my phone over Christmas/holiday so I was listening to the same 20 odd songs a lot, and the Gloaming has gradually grown on me.

That being said, I have seen them play it before so it would be a waste of a spot in that regard.

They played Myxomatosis at the Roundhouse (Friday) and it was epic, so it's still in the running!

:)

Ben

There'll be a lot of songs in the running - it'll be interesting to see if this run of shows, especially Glasto, will see much of a change from last year's setlists. Myxomatosis seems to be one of 4 or 5 songs from HTTT that is contention, although I'd expect TT & 2+2=5 to be pretty much nailed on, and maybe one other from that.

6. Ful Stop
7. Bullet Proof ... I Wish I Was
8. I Might Be Wrong
9. Knives Out
10. Kid A
11. Nude
12. A Wolf At The Door
13. Optimistic
14. Electioneering

16. Myxomatosis
17. Jigsaw Falling Into Place
18. Present Tense

19. Videotape
20. Let Down
21. Pyramid Song

A 22 song setlist of Radiohead tracks that they are yet to perform at Glastonbury, either at their two headline shows or their two other appearances. How on earth are they going to choose which to perform!?

I hope they play nude.

This. It would make my year. Definitely in my top 3 of tunes I'm hoping are in their setlist!

I've decided to 'attempt' to not listen to Nude once between now and Glasto. And try and avoid overplaying any albums!

Having not listened to Radiohead since OK Computer I began my revision over christmas with In Rainbows and Moon Shaped Pool being gifted to me. Hate to say it but your devotion may not be misplaced. Really enjoying both albums and addicted to Weird Fishes so hope that gets played. KoL or HTTC next?

I'd never seen that before but it's bloody fantastic. Goosebumps.

It's amazing eh? Trumps the album version for me.

Given you'd only listened up to OKC recently I'd suggest going for HTTT next

In a very similar boat to you, been updating my listening since they were announced.

Kid A.  In a room with no distractions.  Preferably on a comfy sofa.  Invest the time to listen and ye shall not be disappointed

Another one who only recently got back into Radiohead since they were announced.. Weird Fishes is the song that instantly grabbed my attention and then discovering that run from Weird Fishes all the way through to Jigsaw falling into place (subbing out Faust Arp) was a serious musical epiphany.

I'm struggling with Kid A -  Idioteque and The National Anthem aside it doesn't really grab me like In Rainbows and HTTT did. Might be time for me to upgrade my sofa/ remove girlfriend from room when listening..
