Was gonna do one of my own but this is where I’d rank them all myself at the moment as well, although as time’s gone on I’ve found myself going back to Amnesiac a lot less and TKOL a lot more so could possibly switch them around, until I listen to Amnesiac later today and change my mind again.

I need to revisit both of those, as I’ve not given either a huge amount of time in comparison to their other records.

I had Kid A spinning on Sunday (after finally getting my set up spot on) and it sounded so great I momentarily thought “This is their best record”.

Then I quickly regained a sense of reality.

No album with Reckoner will ever be lower than number 1.

In Rainbows

OK Computer

Kid A

Hail To The Thief

Amnesiac (top 5 are pretty much perfect imo)

The King Of Limbs (though several songs are set highlights now)

The Bends (though one of my absolutely favourite 'indie' guitar albums)

A Moon Shaped Pool (really haven't felt compelled to go back to it)

Pablo Honey

My favourite song, in my favourite place.

I was stood there with my best mate who also loves Radiohead.

Would have been perfect.

Alas, not to be!

Appalled to see Amnesiac suddenly getting a load flak.

That might be their tightest record, and one of their most interesting/varied. You've got some absolute stone cold classics on there as well. It's one of their most listenable records IMO. I'd rank it 4th!

I really struggle with Amnesiac. I love You and Whose Army? and Pyramid Song, I quite like Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box, other than that, not for me. Horses 'n' Courses.

Edit : Oh, Life in a Glasshouse is ok!

I think the problem with AMSP for me is that, if anything, some of the songs have gone on in the other direction. I struggled to get into Decks Dark, Desert Island Disk, Ful Stop and Tinker Tailor... at the time and that's not changed. As much as I find the run of Identikit, The Numbers and Present Tense still enjoyable I don't find myself seeking it out as much as I did in the first six months after release. I'd actually go as far as to say that Daydreaming and True Love Waits are the only 'classic' tracks on the album, which is pretty low for an album I initially really enjoyed.

It may sound like a I don't like the record, I do. But I think there's clear daylight between In Rainbows, OKC, Kid A, The Bends and this (which is closer to HTTT/TKOL).

My top 5 unpopular Radiohead opinions (from a huge fan)

1.My favourite run of 4 songs of any album is the 2nd half of King Of Limbs.
 2. My favourite OK Computer track is Subterranean Homesick Alien.
3. The most underrated Radiohead song is Pablo Honey's Thinking About You (though admittedly it no longer feels like Radiohead as we know them)
4. Kid A and particularly Amnesiac have loads of tracks I really don't enjoy.
5. I still don't get Videotape. Sorry.

If you'd said the first half, we might have a fight on our hands.

The rest, I just feel sorry for you  😛

I appreciate this. Blow Out gives a hint of things to come, but Thinking About You still finds a way into the feels for me whenever i hear it.

The low ratings for AMSP on here are baffling. Present Tense and Daydreaming are two of the fines pieces of work this band has ever put out. And then there's Ful Stop, Burn The Witch, The Numbers (!), Glass Eyes and Decks Dark.
