I was gutted I couldnt do the May gigs. I can now get excited about Radiohead on the farm 2017. Your setlist would be perfect for me.

Yeah I'm so gutted I missed the Roundhouse, especially seeing as I had tickets for it. Glad I got to see them this Summer in the end but the Roundhouse would have been more special. Seeing them headline Glastonbury would probably be on a similar level to that so I can't wait.

Fair point. Wasn't sure what to have closing the second encore after I decided to shift Karma Police into its own encore, so just stuck another big singalong there. I'd maybe stick Weird Fishes there instead as they closed the first encore with it in Berlin and it was brilliant.

Weird fishes is my absolute favourite from IR, I remember in Berlin being really gutted they hadn't played it once Nude had been played, absolutely lost my shit when they started playing it. Didn't expect it at that point in the set at all!

Haha I'd been trying to think what they could close that encore with as all the options in my mind had been used up already. I was stood thinking "There's Weird Fishes but surely that isn't an encore closer..." and then there it came. I'd actually been thinking through the albums in my head trying to work out what it could be.Was considering it being Pyramid Song/You and Whose Army in the end. Realised after the gig that I'd totally forgotten about There There and if I hadn't done so I'd have totally been expecting that to come after Nude.

Reckoner was always my favourite from IR but I think Weird Fishes may have overtaken it this year.

i'd much rather both if they're gonna play any two songs from In Rainbows

Perhaps, but I've also got very attached to Bodysnatchers recently and Nude is also fantastic live... But they'll play all four so w/e

as much In Rainbows on the Pyramid as possible would be the obvious preference :P we've waited ten years to see these songs on that stage dammit!

I have no idea if they even play it live, but would love to hear Fitter Happier if they play in 2017. Not sure why, but I really love the eerie tone + lyrics. And it falls beautifully into something more upbeat like Electioneering or Bodysnatchers. Seen them live a few times but never heard it.

don't think they ever play it (although wouldn't surprise me if it was used as a show opener/intro song for the OK Computer tour)

edit: just looked, and they did!

I know it's very un-Radiohead, but with next year being the 20th anniversary of OKC is there any chance they play it in full on the Pyramid? Could be two sets of 12 tracks each - 1st being OKC and second being a mix of new album/older tunes. It's very unlikely but something fun to think about.

I can imagine them doing a 1 off gig like that, but not at Glastonbury. They'd probably do it unnannounced. So people went for another gig, they go off after an hour or so - then do OK Computer.

At the festival? Can't see it. I cant say I want it at Glastonbury either. I want them to do a proper set.

aye i could possibly see them doing something like the Burn the Witch > Ful Stop run of five songs and then going straight in with Airbag > The Tourist for the next twelve at one of their own shows totally unnanounced, but not at Glastonbury, no. they've already played most of OK Computer during their 1997 headline slot and we've got 20 years of new material now; it'd be a shame to miss out on some of that in favour of an album that's already had it's Pyramid time

How about a secret set at Glastonbury alongside a headline set ;) Other stage opener playing OKC in full?!

I'm just fantasising at this point tbh.

I do agree though - I'd rather see a proper headline set than an album in full. And to be honest I've seen all the Ok Computer stuff I'd want to see live anyway (Let Down and Lucky aside) so it'd be good to hear different tunes.

it was broadcast yesterday - he (basically) says he doesn't know, but with a strong inference that suggests they probably are.

Listened to most of the interview yesterday (sorry if this has already been covered), and he was VERY complimentary about the festival. He basically said stuff like it's the best festival in the world, and they feel like being home there. He also said that it doesn't get any better than being in Shangri-La at 3am.

He also alluded to 'some dates' next year, which sounded like big shows of some sort (although he wasn't giving much away and I might be adding 2 + 2 together).

The interview is well worth an hour of your time though if you can spare it.
