I've got The National down for it. They've a good relationship with one another (or Jonny and Bryce do), have been seemingly holding out for a good slot and also I would really like that to happen more than most of the other options.

The National would be ace, especially after all these years of them touring around it but not playing. doubt there'd be much crowd shift between the two but fuck it, all the more reason to get front centre. them, The xx or Bon Iver would all make me very happy tbh - just hope they don't shove some shite before instead

Some shite would eliminate some of the casuals from the pit tho. Only the committed would endure someone like James Bay subbing! 

But I think this will be an occasion where they would have a similar act before.

Long time listener (since I got a ticket), first time caller. Now that they're nailed on, I think it's ok to get excited a bit.  Would love The National/Bon Iver to sub, could cope with pretty much anything other than Royal Blood.

 

With the whole "not liking live strings" issue re Burn The Witch, does that also mean they don't play Faust Arp? It's one of my faves. Ty

don't think they've played Faust Arp since the In Rainbows tour. horses for courses of course but it's my least favourite from In Rainbows so not fussed that it's no longer played

I listen to Burn... on the way to work every morning at the moment and picture a full-on live strings indulgence on the Pyramid as their opener. 

Cant see it happening. But, done well, it'd be fucking ace.
