Would be happy with Bon Iver, The XX, The National or Royal Blood subbing. Would rather it wasn't Elbow (again)

I'll be there for whoever it is though. Not risking not getting in to the pit. Was very little turnover before Muse/Coldplay this year, and was glad not to be one of the people trying to force their way into gaps that barely existed.

I couldn't. Too much other shit going on at Glastonbury to commit two hours to waiting for and watching some shiter to keep a good spot - and chances are you'll need the toilet after and it'll all be in vain.

I know what you mean, and there are very few Pyramid headliners I would make such a commitment for.

Arcade Fire were my most anticipated headliner of all time, but after forcing my way in after Elbow, I ended up getting stuck out at the side (close to the barrier), and the sound was shite. Determined that such a heartbreaking experience never occurs again!

If the Roses are Sunday then I can definitely see Elbow subbing them. Both Manchester acts, both locals friendly, the organisers seem to love One Day Like This just as the sun is setting...

It has certainly been an exciting year for Radiohead news, an album, 3 videos and now this.  Already feel like I'm getting value from my ticket, having only seen their previous headline sets on telly (and only catching half of their 2011 performance).

Way I see it, otherwise people are pissing in cups, straight onto the floor, badly into cans or having to fight in and out of the crowd, all of which are a detriment to others in some way or other.  My father in law was disabled and used to have to carry a bottle for such purposes out of necessity, never harmed anyone by doing so.

My bladder is utterly hideous. I'd totally consider it for Radiohead. I lasted the 2+ hours at NOS Alive but the following half an hour, queuing for the loo as my bladder was slowly exploding, was a nightmare.

Really? I got in after Elbow finished and there was a bit of space behind me. Still and all, even if you can't get in the pit then there's no harm in being behind it. Would rather be there than stuck out to the side and you're likely to get a place there without having to suffer some rubbish.

They called the end of that tour a couple of years ago now. The one this year was suggested to be a pre-album tour and I think they debuted some new songs, so I'd imagine there'll be the album tour proper starting next year.

Know this feeling. I had to beg a security guard one year to let me go in the portaloo they had by the sound towers because I was so desperate and couldn't get out the crowd was so bad. Luckily they were very kind!!!
