Any idea on when the combi tickets sell out at the earliest? The earliest I experienced has been February a couple of years ago.

Could no one see Arcade Fire subbing to Foo Fighters, Dave is a big fan and I don't think Arcade Fire would be too disheartened subbing to such a massive act. Also could sub Radiohead but my thinking is that The XX will fill that slot. Could U2 be in with a shout? Were meant to be doing festivals this year and could see a slot open for them at Thursday of Werchter and then play IOW fest.

IOW is 3 weeks prior to Werchter. It's same weekend as Download. Only festival i think U2 have played was Glasto in 2011. Can't remember them ever playing any others

Don't know if its relevant but both Radiohead and Foo Fighters usually play long sets. Perhaps that will hinder them to have another big name as a sub because of timeconstraints.

I'm not saying they wouldn't do shows in between, I just could see them doing both festivals and touring stadiums/arenas around doing some more festival shows. Just an idea because they were the first act to play werchter weren't they? I just know U2 have history with the festival. To be honest if KOL/Arcade Fire or Green Day aren't announced this week I think we can safely assume it's someone else.

Possibly a band that have yet to announce summer plans. U2 would be fantastic but just can't see it. I'll stick with my pearl jam dream

How likely is that the XX is going to be at RW are we saying? Going to try get tickets for the 10th show at Brixton as I'll be down in London that week anyway but would really want to see them twice.

Also, I really hope the third headliner isn't Green Day as I'm not the biggest fan. Dream would be AF.

You meant fourth headliner as Radiohead, Linking Park and Foo Fighters are already confirmed as headliner.

And, it's possible we'll get both of them, Green Day and Arcade Fire. In Belgium, Arcade Fire has more the sub-headliner or, max, co-headliner stature.

yeah my mistake. AF subbing would suit me better most probably as I'd get the opportunity to see a headliner on another stage if the rest of the bill is as strong as the acts announced already.

I found it in spam. You had to register your ticket this year prior to the festival

I'm my opinion he's more likely to play and probably close Pukkelpop.

The National are ruled out. (not touring in Europe at summer 2017 according to Primavera's boss)

Phoenix and Fleet Foxes become more or less probable for RW17.

Yes they are headlining at their own festival they just created, in Denmark. Maybe that'll be their only date.

think XX will most likely do August festivals, wont announce festivals dates until after Tour I would imagine
