I'm going out for a few for the first time in about two months... Wish me luck lol.... I'd rather stay home but it's getting to the point where I am literally not leaving the house... Not good so here I go

Small steps, a bit at a time.  Have a reason for going out - like down to the shops to get something.  Good luck

Well actually managed to get my boots on and play my first game of the season! Shoulder's a bit sore and generally feel like I've taken a kicking, but good to be on a pitch again :)

What a great gift Guy.  Now every time you put it on you can remind yourself of the rewards that going out can bring.

Yea I reckon you might be right old son.

saw the levs on friday in 'muff - they were as good as ever. And with Gaz Brookfield and Ferocious Dog as support it was a great evening.

That plus the 15 mile cycle on Dartmoor in the afternoon before the gig = achy legs!

There always great live.. Me and wife think that they should be at Glastonbury next year it's about time they made another appearance. I've met them a few times mark usually has a drink in celllar bar after the gig and if he does it again this time I'll ask if they're going to be playing..... That's if A.. He goes to the pub and B if I'm not to pissed lol

You should consider the Wychwood Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse Guy. Levellers will be the Sunday night headliners.  Great festival and quite a lot of EFesters go  (EFests also sponsors the late night cabaret tent).

So there I was last night heading back to work and I find myself at 36000 feet browsing through my in flight entertainment. I'd already watched a couple of movies and started looking through the tv section when I happened upon 'Glastonbury 2016', two 'best of' highlights programmes from the BBC both an hour long. I've got almost 2 hours of flight time left so I thought I'd have a watch having seen very little of televised coverage from this year. Many great memories were brought back and I have to say talk about an emotional rollercoaster! There was happiness watching Richard Hawley, Laura Mvula and Madness, melancholy and sadness as ELO ploughed through Mr Blue Sky and it hit home for the umpteenth time that I don't have a ticket for next year yet and finally sheer joy as Ronnie Spector sang Be My Baby. It may have been a combination of heading back to work and the drunkeness that can only come from free alcohol on a long haul flight but I swear it was a little dusty in that cabin!:sorry:

Have faith in resale dude, we'll get you there :)

Getting my Levs fix at Pompey this week, proper excited as always. Only way I can get to gigs without a £30 cab ride home from the nearest station is to drive, so no beers for me.  Happily I don't need booze to dance to the Levs like a fruitcake!

Agree it would be good to see them back Guy, but I get the feeling that with the focus on Beautiful Days and smaller festivals like Wychwood the farm's just not a priority for them anymore :(

Lovely post

I am multi tasking. Watching 'Harvey' on Film4 (love that film) and catching up on here.

Just don't feel like decorating today, so am not.  &, needless to say, builder hasn't yet called round.

you're a good bunch, you lot.

:)

Don't tell anyone ;)

Now have Levelling the Land on daily play until Friday night.  Given how many times I've seen them it never ceases to surprise me that I still get this excited when I'm due a gig :yahoo:
