@lucyginger,

I'm not sure why I've just thought of this, but do you remember saying you hadn't read a book I mentioned months ago? Can't remember for sure, but it was either Frankenstein or Dracula. Let me know which one, and I'll chuck a spare copy in my rucksack, to remind me to bring it for you in June. We've got two copies of each, so just need to bring the right one.

The lego doesn't go on the floor, I'm not an animal!

The lego goes neatly on a tray whilst I'm building it,  then it goes on the portal.

*it's a Playstation Lego Dimensions thing, I'm a geek yes, but not so much of a geek that I build lego just for fun....fine OK I just looked at my mantlepiece and yes there is lego there that I built just for fun :)

OK, bit scared now! ;)

Hmmm...yeah, I guess it works in terms of the fact that some people sit down on things while it's playing. :D

Probably someone being extremely literal about thrones being things you sit down on?

Lovely to see people so happy about the lineup.  I may be remembering wrongly, but it looks like a lot of bands we missed in 2014 when we couldn't get tickets are playing this year - London Grammar, Royal Blood in particular.  So I'll be an extremely happy bunny. A sunny afternoon listening to Father John Misty will make things perfect.  I'm afraid I wasn't taking one for June today as it was sunny and 21 degrees here.

I haven't read either of them! That's very lovely of you, thank you :) I'd gladly take both off your hands (or shelves!) if you have space and don't mind. Will thank you via the medium of a pint when I see you :)

Obviously I've been working so didn't know the line up was out... and when I found out I've been busy preparing my glastonbury playlist... so so excited for Shaggy, he is my must see. Also on there is Jacksons, Katy Perry, George Ezra, Emile Sande, Foo fighters, Ed Sheeran (for Emma), clean bandit (for emma) , Kaiser chiefs, rag n bone man, beegees, lorde, father John misty, sleaford mods, and of course the favourites... mr b, prof Elemental, skinny lister and beans on Toast! Very very happy so far. Now I need to spend some time exploring the others!

The flamingo thing was definitely an efests thing done last year. Morph a user on here bought a 100 last year. Booze might have been involved.

Arranged a few meeting points on here before and gave them out to people. Made me happy. And a little sad cos traffic meant I didn't get one. Edit to add there's a glasto flamingo Twitter account

Now to watch tje GOTs trailer.

Morning all :)

'Dreary' is probably the best word for the skies down here this morning, but that's OK if it helps get it out of the way! More band research to do today! :)

Thanks re books, you are lovely :)

Happy Friday, everyone!

I missed getting a flamingo too :-(, and I'd bought an inflatable seagull with me to swap with him

I have a flamingo poncho this year, not that I'll need it

I think he's planning flamingo's again this year, I got v sadly excited last year avery time I spotted a flamingo in the crowd

Hi everyone, I am in such a good mood today - firstly its Friday  second I got some nasty meetings out of the way at work yesterday and they went well, thirdly Mr FF has been floored in recent months with mental health issues  and seems to be turning a corner and seeing the way back to work , fourthly the line up in out , there are some bucket list acts on there that I've never seen and all of that together is making me super smiley, and looking forward to the lighter brighter evenings and music :-)
