I agree.  Bluddy cold today, first time it's dropped below zero.

On the plus side, washing machine is fixed.  Although I did have to bite my tongue when the repair guy, who was a little old school to put it mildly, asked me what cycle "your wife" normally runs the machine on.  Oh I chuckled inside.  Won't tell her as she may hunt him down.

Afternoon one and all. Been away from these here parts for some time, my house stuff is taking up every minute I'm not working. As I sit and type, I have paint in my hair that I couldn't wash out from last night's painting. White paint too, so it looks like I have a nasty case of dandruff. Woe is me!

& trousers (for the avoidance of doubt)

I am having a nice day.  I saw a deer on the way to school and an owl (tawny I think) on the way back.  Believe me this makes a change from pheasants !

Trevethin, we have tawny owls in the woods by our house. They do like a hoot! I like them! I remember the first time we heard one after moving in, it was brilliant!

Also discovered that one of the bars on town serves Applys 21 year blue label

Nothing concrete, but they're supporting Robbie Williams in June.  Playing Cardiff on the Wednesday and London on the Friday, leaving their weekend free.

Me included, I've just read it!! The funny thing is, Robbie "Too Big For His Boots Now" Williams is playing in my town on the day I go to London to see Take That!! HAHAHA!! Would much rather see TT than Robbie, although I would love to See Erasure again, they are great  So hopefully we'll get them at Glastonbury!

Strange old day chez Quark, not hungover by any stretch but going out on a work night definitely throws me off balance.  Motivation taken a nosedive, hope you're all faring better.

Just to drag this whole sorry mess back on track, and given the slightly Manchester weather, let's get some praisin' done. Not risking a repeat of 2016!
