The one in March was okay though It's all about individual tastes isn't it. I'll have fun at FIB regardless, there's plenty of stages and some lovely ocean, but doesn't mean I can't wish for the bands I love It's all part of the fun , I'd love to see Fatboy , The Hives and the Beat/Selector thing would be great

Plenty of drinking around the town though and from the lucky lucky fellas on the outskirts of the festival site.

There's a nice Thursday gap there, so I can dream I think one heavier act like RB and someone like Chance the Rapper are all that the lineup needs at this point. Heavier acts are definitely lacking IMO. Yeah I'd definitely be happy with that, there isn't much on the line up I actively dislike, infact there might not be anything. A couple of current acts with one reputable name (maybe Royal Blood along with someone like Circa Waves and Editors would be great), and then someone like Chance would top it off for me. Doesnt sound like we've got long to wait anyway, but I'm certainly happy with what I've ended up with. Bought the tickets with only RHCP announced so it was a risk but think FIB have delivered

They're quite similar, really enjoying listening to them since thety were announced. Royal Blood are playing Bilbao BBK the week before, with it being another Spanish Music Festival won't that pretty much rule them out of playing FIB as no other band seem to be crossing over. As for now, Bilbao BBK shares: Cage the Elephant, Spoon - with Mad Cool TDCC, Die Antwoord - with Cruilla Barcelona Don't see any reasons, why Royal Blood can be ruled out (except for their only free date is 13.07). Same goes to any other band from BBK or other Spanish festival lineup, unless they said that this show is Spanish exclusive. So never say never! GodlikeYeezus
Wouldn't mind seeing AJ Tracey getting booked, think the chances are slim but if they have that much faith in Stormzy and Skepta last year they should continue with the love for the UK rap scene. Maybe Kano too. It's abit easier to predict artists that will be booked in the Indie and Dance genres but there has been a serious shift rapwise. I understand it's a touchy subject for a lot of Beni regulars, so I welcome all opinions on the matter.

Correct me if I'm wrong but BBK and FiB have not shared one band in the last 2 years which makes me think there is an unspoken rule that you play one or the other...... I hope you are right though as would love to see Royal Blood

Soulwax played BBK & FIB last year, but that's just 1 act, out of 60+, so I think it's fair to say it's unlikely that there will be much, if any, shared acts this year. If I could ask for one more act this year, who's not already on the line up, it would be Loyle Carner. Would like to see him this summer, and The xx, but I think that's highly unlikely

I was looking at the Beni organised shuttle but have been advised that eufest are a good option . I suppose I have posed more question than answers with this mate but if you need to know anything specific give me a shout , the Beni pages on FB are all good and if you can be arsed to trawl through them all questions will be answered .
