Speakers

Whats the rule on speakers? I read i think on the website no sound systems are aloud? Well im thinking of taking a very small round speaker (about 4 inches high and 3 across). Its reasonably loud, its not blasting but good for say outdoors barbeques, would i be okay to take this? We wont we blasting metal or pure grime in the early hours or nothing just say when we are relaxing and getting our drink on at early evening, especially wednesday and thursday, thanks!

Pretty sure it's fine for little bluetooth type ones, I think they just refer to giant sound systems and amps in the rules, if worse comes to worse then they just tell you to turn it off (which they wont)

I was thinking this same thing. I bought the JBL Xtreme the other day with plans to use it on the Wednesday and Thursday nights in camp when there is no music on in the arena. I also assumed they would be referring to amps and huge sound systems/PAs. I hope so anyway, want to be starting a rave in the camp...

I've taken my Bose Soundlink with me before and had that on full at times - never had one complaint and we were pretty close to one of the guard towers. Won't be taking it again mind, not worth the risk on valuable items.
