Ticket not been dispatched - need help

5 Days ago I purchased my Leeds weekend ticket through an ambassador. The ticket has not been dispatched yet - I have been given the message 'Your tickets are now being proceeded for dispatch', but since the festival is so soon I'm abit worried, and don't understand why they haven't been dispatched sooner. Anyone know whats happening?

Don't be alarmed, its quite normal for the festival to send tickets a week or two before the festival. As you only brought your ticket 5 or 6 days ago, you should get them Monday/Tuesday. 

If you don't, they will give you a reference to take to the box office which is adjacent to the entrance of the site. Taking the reference there and you will be able to pick up your tickets.
