My phone was halfway through the bars at 18:15 and then didn’t move at all.  that hurt the most.     im hopeful with a hell of a lot more tickets on sale Sunday we have a better chance 😕

Yep.  Wouldn't give good odds of my laptop surviving an attempt on the fast boat.

(the following is guesswork, numbers used are also made up to make it readable).   in my head it was like a queue in segments so everyone on two had a number -  when it was time to move up the queue - the first 1-500 moved to the next segment of the queue,      the next time it was time to move the queue up.   Another 500 this time 500(this time 501-1000). moved into the next segment or third green bar if you like at the same time as this 1-400 moved into the 4th green bar.   The next time another 500 moved from 2 to 3 (1001 - 1500),  400 from 3 to 4 (401-800) ,  and then 300 from 4 to 5 (1-300)  and so on and so on. until    This means that progress at the start of the queue appears slower - by means of more people being stuck in that position than it is at the top end of the queue - its literally a one in one out - when someone is done checking out then the next person at the very top of the queue is dropped into the payment slot.   In this example the first two bars were extra capacity that was not needed for this sale.    This is obviously a massive over simplification but this is my best guess of how it would work.    Imagine having to pout the water from one of these cups to the other from biggest to smallest to get as much water has you can from one location to another. 

Finding the Chappel Roan previous controversy hilarious now it looks like she was playing 5D chess all along.   For those unaware - She was asked by the Harris campaign to endorse Harris, she refused because she didnt support Harris. The media then tried to push her to endorse Harris based on her standing in the LGBT community but still she refused. She was slated as being a Trump supporter, and 'both sides'ing.   Now its been revealed that the Harris campaign had been paying for their endorsements, giving celebrities $1-5m. Beyonce was paid $3m to endorse Kamala for example, and now Chappel looks like she was rejecting bribery to influence an election.
