It's over, it's in the past, live with the memories of when they were a young, chaotic vibrant, life affirming force. It's all too reminiscent of the Tyson fight last weekend. I would normally agree with this, as a rule of thumb. But seeing them doing Red Roses For Me at Hackney Empire earlier in the year was wonderful. The last few times I saw them with Shane, it was all wearingly predictable; same set-list, same vibe, Rankin sounding knackered on the drums so everything played at 3/4 speed. At Hackney there was a realy energy of unpredictability and chaos. Spider, James and Jen holding it down while a range of guests came on and breathed new life into every song. Think it probably shows I'm more emotionally invested in the songs than who's playing them. If they do half as good a job with R,S&TL it will be a fantastic show. JayDiesel
We are living in the time-line of indie video game devs taking their soundtracks on world tours. Fair enough.

Fair enough. Final Fantasy has been doing it for years now, I am sure there are others. Was a matter of time until the indie games started with it

I wouldn't be surprised if he did a couple of TCT gigs in March, wouldn't expect much beyond that.

NorthernSoul52
Got to be. Half-surprised there's no middle England show but I had wondered. Prime Glastonbury season. Smash these gigs, a warm-up the week before and onto the G.
