Not my thing normally but saw them as a support and was won over by their energy and performance.

 

@krisroe the levels were terrible one time I saw them, no idea why but made it unbearable.

Bit of a stinker for my tastes, hate both Limp Bizkit and Die Antwoord and the DJ line up isn't really landing for me just yet - hoping a few interesting things are unearthed in the coming weeks.

I'm perfectly happy with that, not massive amounts I'm excited for but the festival was always the main draw for me.

 

Enter Shikari seem oddly low down though, don't they still get Radio 1 play and pretty big crowds?

Limp Bizkit at Reading the other year was one of the most fun sets I've witnessed, great booking.

Omar Souleyman was great at Glastonbury in '11. 

Elvana should be a laugh.

I always enjoy watching Eats Everything. Charlotte De Witte & Enrico Sanguilano catch my eye & Ill definitely be up for some psytrance whilst Im there.

Fun line up.  Looking forward to it.

Slightly underwhelming, guess it's a good job I appreciate how entertaining the smaller obscure venues are. Maybe it's the year to be immersive

Wild West has become Copper County (I suspect a mining rather than proximity of PoPoHQ reference)

Mayfair is Paradise Heights

I think it's pretty epic - So much variety! Morcheeba, Limp Bizkit and DJ Marky at the same festival. Amazing. And what are Soulfly doing on there??? 

Now I just have to convince my friends that we must go for Boomtown over Bestival. Before the tickets sell out!

Wow there’s a lot there that gets me excited. Die Antwoord, Limp Bizkit and Enter Shikari is incredible. Napalm Death, Soulfly and a few others on that stage are great also. 

Depending on how shite the Leeds lineup is, this could be a real possibility.

The reviews on here are a great read.

I was wedded to Glasto and thought nothing could beat it, then I went to Boomtown.

Noticed on their website that Limp Bizkit are down for Town Centre, not Lion's Den. Surely that's wrong? Unless there's another headliner to come?

Aaah you think Boomtown is better? Interesting! I think its the only other option really...I'm really not sold on the other festival lineups this year

It's a different beast, but massively more exciting.

It's fun to go home and see the familiar faces, but the wild reunion houseparty around your best mate's is the real highlight. It's managed to recapture that first "HOLY F*CK" moment of the original Shangri-La every year, pretty much every district.
