So all the festivals who had QOTSA for this year, are announcing next week? 

You'd have thought Green Day was a Download exclusive tbh. Plus I think they're playing mainland European shows over Glastonbury weekend.

I love the new Cure album, wow. I can't believe they can come out with something so good and on par with their best stuff so late in their career. It doesn't have the sort of 'hits' that you might get with some of the older albums but man does it have that beautiful emotive atmosphere that you'd get on Disintegration. It has a lot of sadness, you can hear that it's about grief, getting older, the world changing etc. The more I listen to it the more I love it.

Are Green Day absolutely out? I know it would've made sense to announce by now given they already have a dozen Euro shows announced, but the tour ends the weekend before NOS. So I don't think they're out just yet.   Or maybe that's the "It ain't over 'til its over" copium.
