it definitely spells June first so i'd say thats them now ruled out of R&L i'm not sure what the rest of the symbols spell but there's an M and an X in there i'm pretty sure

Sister works at Saint Mary's Southampton's football ground and apparently they have 2 concerts booked in for June/July but knowbody know's who yet so could be MCR? Lines up with the dates, maybe the're doing a mini stadium tour?

Seems to reference the solstice a bit with the symbols? Which is June 20th so fits better.

feel like that announcement is the nail in the coffin for them headlining R&L this year if there was anybody still clutching at straws. Over on the Sziget thread though somebody came in with information that RHCP will be headlining that which means they'll still be in Europe in August if its true

If RHCP do Sziget they'll defo do R+L. Probably Glasgow Summer Sessions too.

Hoping BMTH are there but ngl Travis Scott, Liam Gallagher and RHCP would be a solid set of headliners.

it does seem a bit of a funny coincidence that MCR are doing this stuff as soon as R&L have just been through their social media and sorting it out for an announcement. But I think that’s just me being too hopeful
